Brandon Pinkerton is the founder and CEO of HP Engineering, an electrical engineer by trade, and a leader at heart. He currently resides in Northwest Arkansas, where he has been married for 25 years and has three children, including a son with special needs adopted from Vietnam, and two biological daughters. His faith is the driving force behind his approach to life, business, and leadership.
Brandon’s upbringing and experiences deeply influenced his leadership journey. Growing up in a supportive family that instilled values of hard work, integrity, and community, he discovered his passion for leadership early on. His faith provided a strong foundation, guiding him through personal and professional challenges. Raising a son with special needs taught him patience, resilience, and the importance of serving others. These principles shape his leadership at HP Engineering, where he is committed to leading with purpose and making a meaningful impact in his work and life.
